40t-45m gantry crane is used on the quayside gantry crane track of branch, equipped with hook and grab, which can be used for loading and unloading heavy and bulk cargo. It is a multi-purpose gantry crane that can be used for loading and unloading with hook or grab. The crane is manufactured with domestic advanced technology, with reasonable structure layout, flexible and accurate mechanism action, safe and reliable use, convenient maintenance, etc.

The crane can be used for lifting, luffing, 360 ° rotation and the whole machine can walk along the track. The hoisting mechanism, luffing mechanism and rotating mechanism are working mechanism, and the walking mechanism is non working mechanism.
 

 

The Crane Has The Following Characteristics
1. The hoisting mechanism is composed of two sets of double drum, and the drum is welded with steel plate. The two sets of double drum can be operated synchronously when using the hook, and can also be opened and closed and lifted when using the grab. The hoisting reducer and drum shall be designed according to the same service life of the hoisting mechanism.

2. The luffing mechanism is rack and pinion driven. The rotating mechanism adopts three rows of roller slewing bearing, vertical planetary reducer drive, foot frequency variable force brake and limit torque coupling.

3. The traveling mechanism is composed of four groups of traveling trolley. Each traveling trolley is hinged with the balance beam and its gantry to balance the force. Three in one driving and electric wheel clamping device are used for braking; wind proof cable is arranged outside the door leg. A set of hinge points which can rotate 90 ° horizontally shall be set at each support leg (it shall be fastened with bolts during operation and cannot rotate). A device that can lift the whole machine is set at a proper position of each door leg.

4. 40t-45m four-bar gantry crane adopts rigid four-bar balance weight boom system. The column of plate beam structure is welded with the rotary table. The upper part of the gantry is a cylinder structure, and the connection between the upper part of the cylinder structure and the slewing ring is welded - the processed rolled thick flange can reduce the stress concentration at the connection. High strength bolts are used to connect the slewing ring with the thick flange on the rotary table and cylinder respectively, and proper preload is applied to the bolt connection to ensure the connection quality. The lower part of the gantry is a closed box structure.

3. Stability of crane

1. Design Requirements

The Seller shall submit all copies of ISO series identification certificate of manufacturing equipment, and the winning gantry crane will carry out structural processing, manufacturing, installation and test on these equipment. The same applies to subcontractors.

 

Steel Structure

1. General requirements

The steel structure of the crane meets the requirements of strength, rigidity, stability and convenience for manufacturing and maintenance. The whole component is smooth in line, with clear stress, to avoid or reduce the impact of stress concentration as much as possible, and has sufficient fatigue strength. The calculation meets the FEM standard and China crane safety code (gb6067-2010). All the diagonal bars and braces have beautiful appearance, small wind resistance and are not easy to occur Wind vibration, easy to repair, maintenance, rust removal and paint advantages. All places requiring inspection and maintenance shall be provided with inspection holes, inspection channels and maintenance work platforms, and water leakage holes shall be provided at all places where water may accumulate to drain the water. A sealed manhole for inspection shall be set on the main box components, and the manhole cover shall be equipped with a sealing ring and fixed with bolts. 2. boom and gantry

Boom and gantry are the main load-bearing components of gantry crane, which should have sufficient strength and rigidity. The boom of 40t-45m gantry crane adopts rigid pull rod combination. The appropriate position of the boom is provided with a steel wire rope wear reduction block to prevent the interference between the steel wire rope and the boom and facilitate the replacement of the steel wire rope. Each hinge point of boom system is connected by ball bearing. Hinge point design and pulley arrangement are convenient for maintenance and disassembly. Steel plate welded box structure is adopted for the main stressed components of boom and gantry. The gantry is a cylindrical gantry, the upper part is equipped with a large gear ring oil pan, the lower part is a rigid box structure leg, which is connected with the traveling trolley, and the clearance height of the lower part of the gantry is not less than 6m.
