Rubber-Tyre Moving Gantry Crane
The Rubber-Tyre Moving Gantry Crane (RTG) is a mobile crane used for the handling and stacking of shipping containers in container terminals. It is designed to operate in open storage yards and can handle 20ft, 40ft, and 45ft containers. The crane is equipped with a hydraulic spreader for lifting the containers and can stack them up to six-high. 

The RTG is driven by a diesel engine and features a rubber-tired gantry for mobility, allowing it to move easily across the terminal. It also has a high maneuverability due to its steering system and a wireless remote control for convenient operation.

The crane has a lifting capacity of up to 50 tonnes and can travel at a speed of up to 40 km/h. It is equipped with advanced control systems for precise movements and positioning, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

This type rubber-tyre gantry crane is widely used loading and unloading containers or packed cargo in the port wharf and 
freight yards. It is a diesel engine driven alternator as the driving force to move longitudinally along the site, lateral movement of trolley and lifting movement of spreader to work. This machine uses AC frequency control, PLC control, and installed intelligent "state monitoring and control system." It has the characteristics of simple and beautiful appearance, safe and reliable work, advanced performance, convenient maintenance, high durability and so on. It can be widely used in loading and unloading operation of port wharf and freight yards.
