Floating Crane Barge,
Series: FQ5035, FQ5038, FQ5045, FQ6040,FQ6045, FQ7040, FQ7045.
Floating cranes are divided into self-propelled and non self-propelled types based on navigation conditions, the latter also known as crane barges; According to the type of hull, it can be divided into three main forms: square barges, regular ships, and semi submersible barges; According to the number of hull E1, it can be divided into two types: single body and double body; According to whether the crane can rotate relative to the hull, it can be divided into rotary and fixed types.
At the support structure of the crane, longitudinal and transverse support bulkheads or other effective support structures with sufficient strength and stiffness should be installed. The reinforced structure should be able to effectively transmit stress. The deck thickness at this location should be increased based on the lifting capacity of the crane.
The hull structure of other deck machinery and areas bearing significant loads should be locally reinforced.
The fatigue strength and ultimate strength of typical structural nodes in important components should be considered and evaluated.
Boom cranes or fixed floating cranes generally adopt the form of a single layer non self-propelled (or low-speed operation navigation, towing scheduling) box barge hull. The fully rotating floating crane can be designed as a double hull structure based on its lifting capacity, strength requirements, and structural reinforcement requirements under the crane body.
THHI, JiangSu Tonghui provide customizede design for the non-standard floating crane barge.
