1. General Description
This hydraulic slewing crane is suitable for hoisting weight and others cargos intended for ships or rig, the design according to API 2C 7th and BS EN 13852-1 and BS EN 13852-2,certified by Class BV.

4. Properties
All actions, whose speed can be switched from zero to max., can be carried out at
rated load; but lower speed moderately when action combined. ,.,;.
4.1 Construction brief introduction
This hydraulic rotating crane is mainly composed of pedestal, tower body, jib and operation platform.
4.1.1 Pedestal
The base is a steel structure cylinder which is welded to the ship's base.
4.1.2 Tower body
Two lifting eye located at head of tower body, is used to connect jib support. Tower body equipped with main hydraulic components, wheel house located outer sides. All crane actions controlled and switched by electro hydraulic proportional multi-way valves. ,.,.
4.1.3 Jib
Jib is box type in construction and plate welded closed model, whose properties are good looking, light weight, strong support without inner maintenance, and is suitable for working at sea.
4.1.4 Slewing ring
Provide required certificate, which shows slewing material and manufacture are satisfied with relevant technical requirements. .
Lip edge sealing parts prevent from humility and sundries entering. .
Lubrication parts will lubricate slewing ring.
4.1.5 Operation gear
Operation gear is composed of hoisting gear, luffing cylinder and rotating gear.
Hoisting gear is composed of hydraulic motor, reducer, drum, brake, wire rope and hook assembly . ,,,
Luffing cylinder(knuckle boom cylinder, telescopic boom cylinder) is used to make crane luffing. The outlet port of cylinder equipped with balance valve, which prevent jib lowering. (,).,
Rotating gear with pinion, reducer and hydraulic motor, which carry out clockwise and counterclockwise motion. Reducer is belt brake in type. ,,..
4.1.6 Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is open in type, oil from power pack to manule hydraulic proportional valve, After direction changes, the pressure oil transfers to relevant oil circuit, then drive operation gear. ,,,,.

All pipes, soft pipes and components with permanent sign should be marked and in compliance with hydraulic principle drawing. ,,.

4.1.7 Electric system
control box (IP56)located in the tower body. Electric control box with current gauge, start-up & stop button , power supply indication lamps and related alarm lamps. (IP56).,,

4.1.8 Steel construction and painting

4.1.9 Safety system
1. Hoisting and rotating gears equipped with electromagnetic discharging valve, all motions will be suspended in case power and pressure failure. Luffing gear with single way valve will suspended and ensure person safety when power failure. Each hydraulic return circuit equips pressure limiter, which can balance correct pressure to each gear.
2. Main control valve and main oil circuit equip with safety valve to limit system pressure so that all motions with overload protect. ,,
Hook up limiter-There are hook up limiter at hoisting gear, which can stop automatically. --,
3. Operation platform equips with system emergency stop device, and equips with hand pump to emergency lowering. ,
4. Motor equips with over-current and over-heat protector.
